Frog Con is primarily an free, online event – all our our main activities will be linked on this website!
We occasionally host in-person popup events alongside local frog artists as well. For Frog Con 2025, we have a popup at Kouhigh Toys (Los Angeles) from Sept 6–20, 2025, and at CopyCat Studio (Vancouver) from Oct 4–Nov 4.

How much does Frog Con raise for charity?
Each convention, Frog Con partners with a non-profit that focuses on amphibian conservation. Amphibian Survival Alliance (ASA)has been our longstanding partner – as a global network of partners, they are able to allocate funding to the most important areas across the world.
Over 50% of our merchandise profits are donated to ASA (the rest going to artists who make help the designs).
Over our last 3 conventions so far, Frog Con has donated over 13000 CAD to amphibian conservation!

Previously, Frog Con has used Etsy to help collect VAT and taxes for sales to Europe. For Frog Con 2025, we are considering hosting all sales to Europe on this site. This means that the customer will be responsible for all taxes/customs incurred. Customers in these locations must also assume the small risk that their order may be undeliverable.
When will my Frog Con 2025 order arrive?
When will my Frog Con 2025 order arrive?
If you've ordered from the Frog Con 2025 store (here), your order will be processed within a month after the convention has ended on Oct 20. With the exception of any items on preorder, we are anticipating to package and ship orders by Nov 20, 2025.
From there, shipping times will vary on your location. Please note that all packages are shipped from Canada.
Canada: 1-2 weeks
USA: 2-5 weeks
International: upwards of 2-3 months
Will previous Frog Con merch be available in the future?

There is a chance we will have some leftover merch but there is no guarantee that any particular item from previous years will be available in future years. Please keep in mind that all official Frog Con merch is limited edition and will not be made again for the con!

If you are looking to join as an Artist, Game Dev, Musician, or Panelist, that's great to hear! We take applications for all of these the summer before the convention.
Make sure to follow us on Instagram or Bluesky, Join the Frog Cult Discord, or sign up for email updates (at the bottom of this page) to stay notified about upcoming applications.

Policies
refunds, Returns & cancellations
All sales to Frog Con are final. This means that we do not generally accept refunds, returns, or cancellations. If you have any concerns with your order, please contact us.
Duties & Taxes
Sales taxes (Canada) are calculated and collected at the time of ordering, if applicable.
Tariffs (USA) are calculated and collected at the time of ordering, if applicable.
International shipments may incur duties and taxes to be paid upon arrival in the destination country. This varies by country, and the customer is solely responsible for their payment.
Preorder items
Preorder items are those that have not yet been produced, and as such, require a wait time to be produced, shipped to us, and then to you. By purchasing a preorder item you agree to wait for the time it will take for items to manufactured and shipped to us, and acknowledge that there might be delays in shipment to you (caused by production or shipping delays).
