Shipping policy

All orders are packaged by ila, with help from her family and local teammates. We appreciate your patience with your orders!

How long does shipping take?

Shipping will start in November, for items that are not on preorder. If your order contains a preorder item, your whole order will be shipped out with the preordered item. 

Approximate shipping times (subject to change without notice):

  • Canada – around 1-2 weeks.
    • Shipping by lettermail is not possible since Canada Post is currently on strike. We use Chit Chats Select which does not cover all rural areas, and requires buzzer code / phone number information to deliver to apartments. We may need to follow up with you after you've placed your order to make adjustments.
  • USA – around 1 week to 1 month. (Delays are likely because of the current shipping climate)
  • International – around 1–3 months

Refunds, returns & cancellations

Since we raise money for charity, all sales to Frog Con are final. This means that we do not generally accept refunds, returns, or cancellations. But if you have any concerns with your order, please contact us!

Duties & Taxes

  • Sales taxes (Canada) are calculated and collected at the time of ordering, if applicable.
  • Tariffs (USA) are included as a part of the product price. 
  • International shipments may incur duties and taxes to be paid upon arrival in the destination country. This varies by country, and the customer is responsible for their payment.

Preorder items

Preorder items are those that have not yet been produced, and as such, require a wait time to be produced, shipped to us, and then to you. By purchasing a preorder item you agree to wait for the time it will take for items to manufactured and shipped to us, and acknowledge that there might be delays in shipment to you (caused by production or shipping delays).
